Amy Alexy, CPO, Signature Aviation

Amy is responsible for leading and optimizing all activities that ensure Signature is a rewarding place to work. This includes hiring the best talent, offering the right incentives, creating development opportunities and driving an engaging and inclusive culture. 

Prior to her current role, Amy served as the SVP and Chief Human Resources Officer for Royal Caribbean and brings more than 20 years of experience in HR leadership, including roles with Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company and Novartis Pharmaceuticals. She holds an MBA from Kent State University and a bachelor’s degree in communications from Walsh University. 


Amy D'Olimpio, SVP, CHRO, Regency Centers

Amy serves as a strategic advisor to the CEO and Executive Leadership Team, leading the organization’s people strategy and overseeing the management and development of its most important asset—its people. She designs and implements HR policies, processes, and practices that maximize human capital and support long-term business performance. 

Amy brings deep expertise across human resources and partners closely with leaders to ensure alignment with business strategy and company objectives, while fostering a strong, inclusive culture that attracts, retains, and engages the talent needed to advance the company’s mission. 

Amy joined Regency in 1997 and has held roles across Human Resources and Accounting. She brings extensive experience across HR disciplines, including executive coaching, organizational development, talent acquisition, total rewards design, and compliance. 

Amy earned a BA in psychology from the University of North Florida. She serves on selection committees for Leadership Jacksonville (Class of 2017) and has been a board member of First Coast Habitat for Humanity since 2017, where she currently chairs the Governance Committee. Amy is certified as a Senior Professional through both the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the HR Certification Institute (HRCI). She is also a member of the Social Responsibility Council of the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts and a founding member of the Florida Institute of CFOs’ Chief People Group. 


Beth Garland, SVP, People, MarineMax

Beth Garland joined MarineMax in 2021 and serves as Senior Vice President of People Strategy. In this role, she oversees human resources, team member engagement, philanthropy, and DEI initiatives for the Company. Beth has held numerous senior operating and people focused roles in start-ups and Fortune 500 companies over the past 25 years. Beth earned a BA from Vanderbilt University and an MBA from Harvard Business School. 


Cayla Elrod, SVP, CHRO, EverBank

Cayla Elrod is the Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at EverBank. In her current role, she leads the bank’s human capital strategy, driving initiatives that support organizational growth, associate engagement, and cultural transformation. Her leadership has been instrumental in navigating complex transitions, including the TIAA acquisition of EverBank and its subsequent divestiture. 

Before joining EverBank, Ms. Elrod served at Mayo Clinic, where she focused on aligning HR strategy with business objectives. She led efforts in workforce planning, change management, performance development, talent acquisition, and total rewards—ensuring that human capital goals supported both immediate and long-term organizational success. Her career in human resources spans a variety of roles with increasing responsibility, consistently centered on strategic execution and cultural impact. 

Ms. Elrod holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism from the University of Florida and a master’s degree in human resources and labor relations from Penn State University. She is certified as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and holds the SHRM-CP credential. 


Chris Aisenbrey, CHRO, Raymond James Financial

Chris Aisenbrey is the Chief Human Resources Officer at Raymond James Financial. In his role as CHRO, Chris leads all human resources functions including talent acquisition, talent development, associate experience and engagement, executive compensation & total rewards, employment practices, HR technology, and workforce planning to ensure human capital strategies align with the firm’s culture and growth. Chris is also a member of the firm’s Executive Leadership Team. 

Prior to his current role, Chris was Senior Vice President of Organization and Talent Development where he was responsible for talent development, training, associate experience, assessment and employee engagement. He also served as the Chair of the SIFMA Diversity and Inclusion Advisory Council. 

Prior to Raymond James, Chris held senior HR leadership roles at Fortune 500 companies. He was Group Director of Talent Management & Leadership Development at The Coca-Cola Company for their North America business, as well as the Bottling Investments Group. Prior to Chris’ nine years at Coca-Cola, he served as Director, Global Talent Acquisition and University Relations at Whirlpool Corporation in Benton Harbor, Michigan. Chris began his career at McKinsey & Company where he held leadership roles within recruiting and professional (consultant) development. 

Chris serves on the Board of Directors and is a member of the Governance Committee of Learning Independence for Tomorrow (LiFT), whose missions is to inspire and empower people with neurodiversity to learn, thrive and succeed. 

Chris holds a Master of Science degree in Human Resources from New School University (New York City) and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Ithaca (NY) College. 


Deb Myers, Chief People Officer, Network Solutions

Deb was named Chief People Officer in September 2019 and is responsible for all aspects of Newfold Digital’s global human resources strategy. Her prior assignments include executive leadership responsibility for human resources, mergers & acquisitions integrations, global real estate, and strategic business planning at technology and financial services companies including; Novanta, ADI, Fidelity Investments and Sycamore Networks. She served as an adjunct professor in the Whittemore School of Business at the University of New Hampshire. Deb has a BS in Business Administration and an MBA from Northeastern University.  


Gary Schick, SVP, CHRO, Jabil

Gary Schick was named SVP and Chief Human Resources Officer at Jabil in October 2023. In this role, he leads an organization of more than 1,600 employees across the Americas, Europe, and Asia. Gary has more than 26 years of experience in Human Resources and Labor Relations. 

Gary joined Jabil in August 2018 as a Sr. Director, Human Resources, serving as the HR Business Partner for Operations, Quality, and Supply Chain. He was promoted to Vice President, HR Operations in June 2021. In 2022, he assumed leadership responsibilities as Vice President of HR for the EMS segment with overall HR accountability for U.S., LATAM, and EME Operations. 

Prior to joining Jabil, Gary held HR leadership roles at Alcoa, Honeywell, and Gerdau. As the Vice President of Human Resources for Gerdau Long Steel North America, Gary led the HR strategy for the Mills, Downstream, and Metallics operations in North America. In addition, he served as the labor relations lead and chief labor negotiator for all GLN. 

He holds his BA degree in Economics from Northwestern University and his Juris Doctorate from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. 


Helene Sanford, CHRO, Saddle Creek Logistics Services

As Chief Human Resources Officer at Saddle Creek, Helene provides strategic leadership and oversees human resources for nearly 6,000 associates. She joined the third-party logistics company as Vice President of Human Resources in 2015 and was promoted to her current role in 2020. 

During her tenure, Saddle Creek has grown from $400 million to $1 billion in revenue, and its workforce has increased by 137%. Helene has helped the company to support record growth and has been instrumental in building a solid HR infrastructure that can scale with the business. She has also created a succession-planning process to prepare the company for the future. 

Helene has more than 30 years of experience in HR leadership roles. After starting her career at DynCorp, a defense contractor in Reston, Va., she served as Vice President of HR at MediaMap and Thomson Financial and as Director of Compensation, Benefits and HRIS, at Intersil Corporate before joining Saddle Creek. 

Helene earned a bachelor of science degree in psychology from the Florida Institute of Technology and is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) by the HR Certification Institute (HRCI) and a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) by the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM). 


Leilani Scott, CPO, AdventHealth (West Region)

Leilani is a global HR executive with 25 years of experience creating workforce solutions that drive business outcomes. Her background includes learning & development, diversity, performance management, and HR business partnership. She has a demonstrated track record of building transparent, collaborative relationships with business leaders and HR colleagues globally, and is passionate about coaching, leadership development, and analytics-driven solutions.  


Melissa DiMuro, Chief People, Culture & Marketing Officer, Limbach Holdings

Melissa DiMuro serves as the Chief People, Culture & Marketing Officer of the Company, effective January 18, 2021. Ms. DiMuro is responsible for leading the People and Culture organization and human capital strategy; including talent management, leadership development, organization effectiveness, learning, workforce planning, compensation, and benefits. 

Ms. DiMuro comes to Limbach with 21 years of progressive leadership in human resources, including 14 at GE Aviation, a leading global provider of aircraft engines and aviation systems. Most recently, Ms. DiMuro held Senior HR leadership roles across the global supply chain and engineering organizations. She has demonstrated expertise in creating business impact through talent management, organization strategy, strategic workforce planning, learning, and talent development. Ms. DiMuro is a graduate of the Human Resources Leadership Program at GE. She obtained her Master of Labor and Employment Relations and Bachelors of Psychology at the University of Cincinnati.

Sandra Rosa, CHRO, Syniverse

Sandra Rosa is the Chief Human Resources Officer at Syniverse, a global communications technology company headquartered in Tampa, where she brings over 30 years of experience in coaching, talent management, performance planning, employee relations, compensation, and change management. 

Prior to joining Syniverse, Sandra served as Chief Human Resources Officer for Santander Consumer USA, where she directed the human resources activities for more than 5,000 employees who worked remotely across the country or in Santander’s offices in Texas, Florida, and Arizona. 

Prior to that, Sandra served as Senior Vice President and Executive Director Human Resources Business Partner at Santander Bank, N.A. in which she supported the largest business areas at the bank. Those areas included Consumer & Business Banking, with over 500 branches and 4,000 employees across the Northeast and Florida, the Operations team and Technology. She later assumed a dual-hatted role as Head of Talent Management for Santander US from July 2019 to May 2021. 

Before joining Santander in 2017, Sandra was the Head of Talent Acquisition for JP Morgan’s Consumer Bank and Chase Wealth Management businesses. During the 24-year tenure with JP Morgan Chase, she held a variety of senior human resources business partner roles across multiple lines of business such as Head of Consumer Bank Human Resources for the Midwest region, supporting 12,000 branch and wealth management employees in Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, Ohio, West Virginia, and Wisconsin. Sandra also served as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner in Corporate, Treasury and Securities Services, and Chase Card Services. 

In addition to her professional duties, Sandra is also very active in the community. She chairs the board of directors of The Concilio, a Dallas-based nonprofit that unlocks opportunities for Latino families and serves on the board of the Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship (NFTE), which prepares high school students to turn ideas into business ventures through experiential learning and mentorship. Most recently, she joined the board of Wheels of Success, a Tampa nonprofit addressing transportation barriers for working families and single mothers.
